Welcome to NPSM Specialized Cleaning Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our floor polishing and restoration services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
We specialize in professional floor polishing and restoration services, including but not limited to:
- Wooden floor polishing
- Marble floor polishing
- Marble restoration
- Wooden floor sanding
- Vinyl floor polishing
- Tile polishing and cleaning
- Natural stone restoration
- Granite polishing
Our services are limited to the floor treatment activities and areas specifically mentioned in your quotation or service agreement.
2. Quotations and Pricing
2.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 Scope of Work
Services provided are strictly limited to the areas and treatments specified in your quotation. Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and charged separately at our prevailing rates.
2.3 Pricing Accuracy
We reserve the right to adjust quoted prices if site conditions differ significantly from those described during the initial assessment.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Schedule
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
3.2 Online Payment Processing Fee
An additional 5% processing fee applies to all payments made through online payment methods.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.
4. Scheduling and Access
4.1 Advance Booking
Services must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
4.2 Access Requirements
We require a minimum of 8-10 hours of unobstructed access to complete floor polishing and restoration services efficiently. Please ensure the work area is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.
4.3 Utilities
The client shall provide free access to electricity and water at the service location. Any unusual operational restrictions or access limitations must be communicated in advance.
4.4 Site Preparation
Prior to our arrival, the client must:
- Clear the work area of furniture, rugs, and personal belongings
- Arrange gate passes or access permissions if required
- Provide secure storage space for our equipment during the project
- Ensure authorized personnel are available to verify completed work
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
5.2 Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the quoted service amount.
5.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
6. Idle Time and Delays
If our team experiences idle time due to access delays, site unavailability, or incomplete site preparation, additional charges of AED 30 per hour per technician will apply. Idle time disrupts our schedule and impacts our ability to serve other clients efficiently.
7. Service Warranties and Guarantees
7.1 Warranty Period
We provide a 6-month warranty on our floor polishing and restoration services, subject to the exclusions listed below.
7.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:
- Acidic substances: lemon juice, vinegar, citrus fruits, tomato-based products
- Staining liquids: red wine, coffee, tea, colored beverages, food dyes
- Alcohol spills: wine, spirits, or other alcoholic beverages
- Harsh chemicals: alkaline cleaners, bleach, ammonia-based products, abrasive detergents
- Physical damage: scratches, chips, cracks, or impact damage from dropped objects
- Improper maintenance: use of unsuitable cleaning products or methods
- Excessive wear: heavy traffic, dragging furniture, improper use of equipment
- Water damage: flooding, prolonged moisture exposure, or improper sealing
- Natural aging: gradual wear and discoloration from normal use beyond the warranty period
7.3 Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, clients must follow our recommended maintenance guidelines, which will be provided upon service completion.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1 Pre-Service Preparation
Clients are responsible for:
- Moving furniture and personal items from the work area
- Securing pets and ensuring they are kept away from the work area
- Informing us of any previous treatments or coatings applied to floors
- Disclosing any known damage, weak spots, or structural concerns
8.2 Work Verification
An authorized representative must be available to inspect and sign our Work Verification Form/Report upon completion of work in each area. This should occur daily if the project spans multiple days.
8.3 Post-Service Care
Clients must follow our post-service care instructions, including recommended drying times and initial maintenance procedures.
9. Complaints and Claims
9.1 Inspection Period
Clients must inspect all completed work before signing the Work Verification Form/Report. This is your opportunity to identify any concerns or issues.
9.2 Complaint Submission
Any complaints regarding completed work must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after signing the Work Verification Form/Report.
9.3 Late Complaints
Complaints submitted after the 24-hour window will be subject to a re-inspection call-out charge of AED 350, after which remedial work may be quoted separately.
9.4 Damage Reporting
- Any damage must be identified and reported before signing the Work Verification Form/Report
- Damage reports must be documented in writing and signed by both parties at the time of discovery
- No claims for damage will be accepted once the Work Verification Form/Report has been signed by the client’s authorized representative
9.5 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Materials and Products
10.1 Professional-Grade Products
We use professional-grade polishing compounds, sealers, and restoration products selected specifically for each floor type.
10.2 Client-Requested Products
If you request specific products or materials, we will procure them on your behalf and invoice at cost plus an agreed percentage markup.
10.3 Product Recommendations
We reserve the right to substitute specified products with equivalent or superior alternatives if original products are unavailable or unsuitable for your floor type.
11. Health and Safety
11.1 Work Environment
We maintain professional health and safety standards. The work area may contain equipment, chemicals, and wet surfaces during service delivery.
11.2 Ventilation
Some restoration processes require adequate ventilation. The client must ensure windows can be opened or ventilation systems are operational.
11.3 Restricted Access
For safety reasons, the work area must be restricted to authorized personnel only during service delivery.
12. Intellectual Property
NPSM Specialized Cleaning Services LLC reserves all rights to any patent, registration, copyright, trademark, trade name, trade secret, or other intellectual property relating to our methods, processes, and proprietary floor restoration systems. Our techniques and procedures are confidential and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
